This list explains what the bold words in this plan mean.

Accessible

When the community is accessible, it is easy to:

  • find and use services
  • move around.

Advisory group

An advisory group is a group of people who work with us to share what:

  • is working well
  • needs to work better.

Your attitude is what you:

  • think
  • feel
  • believe.

Complaint

When you make a complaint, you tell someone that something: 

  • has gone wrong 
  • isn’t working well.

An employer is a person who hires other people to work for them.

Feedback

When you give feedback, you tell someone what they:

  • are doing well
  • can do better.

Inclusive

Lived experience

If you have lived experience of disability, you might:
